TOTAL BODY

  • The ultimate in all over body workouts
  • High low impact combinations to improve cardiovascular fitness
    · Includes low impact workout with optional use of 1kg hand weights for increased intensity
  • Floor exercises including abs, butts and thighs· Sections of YMCA Thai Box
  • Suitable all levels


PUMP

  • A complete muscle conditioning non-impact workout with barbell and adjustable weights.
  • Suitable all levels

FAT BURNER

  • Steady low impact aerobic combinations - no floor work 50-60 minutes.
  • Suitable all levels

X-TRAINER

  • Combination of at least two cardiovascular segments - optional resistance/floor work
  • Intermediate level

BEST OF LIFE

  • Slower paced low impact aqua-aerobics and aerobics classes
  • Ideal for beginners and the mature population
  • Fun, social exercise alternative

BODY STEP

  • Ultimate step class· Suitable for all levels
  • Easy to follow moves
  • All over body workout that trims and tones
  • Train at your own pace

YOGA

  • Incorporates stretch and relaxation techniques
  • Great for stress relief, improving flexibility and strength

BACK TO BASICS

  • Easy to follow moves designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and aid weight loss

AQUA AEROBICS

  • Aerobics done in the pool
  • Low Impact - less stress on joints

  • An exciting workout combining martial arts techniques with aerobic training
  • Suitable for most fitness levels
  • No previous martial arts experience necessary

FITBOX

  • Basic circuit style boxing class
